Short animation created for the company Atman, in which, metaphorically, plants and their essential elements, such as light and water, are used to show with a touch of humour how to care for and manage team members. The animation visually and accessibly demonstrates the conditions needed for growth and development, drawing a parallel between the growth of plants and the motivation and cohesion of professionals. With a lighthearted and engaging tone, the project combines educational content with a corporate message, making the communication of teamwork values and good management of workplace relationships more enjoyable.
