In 2017, my partner and I embarked on a blog dedicated to T-shirt designs, each accompanied by a text that contextualized it, that explored various topics with a humorous and satirical tone, seeking, as the presentation pointed out, to ridicule ‘the pretentious and rigid musings established at the time’. Although the project had its own website and was present on several T-shirt sales platforms, we were soon forced to abandon it for health reasons. This section shows some of the drawings and texts that were part of that project.

The last survivor
The most despicable animal is the only one prepared to survive in any situation. This is what happens with politicians, bankers, big businessmen, tycoons… they are always prepared to survive the hardships that they themselves inflict on the rest of humanity.
Furthermore, this is the category that human evolution is reaching.
How many armours do we need to hide our fear, how much rot do we cover up under the ignorance of being conditioned? We accumulate reasons to survive, dragging ourselves along, believing ourselves to be masters. We justify our struggles for not being free, using pettiness as impenetrable chitin in which we constrain the interior of our wounded being… Wounded for not allowing ourselves to be, without fear, the Love that we are… The immensely great and infinite, which does not end if it expands, only drowns if it is oppressed, under the layer of a creeping animal instilled by fear of the need to impose itself ‘rationally’, in order to survive in its own mud created by its own fear, filled with its impotence, entrenched in the power of money, selling its immorality, creating addicts to its consumption, blinded by its ignorance… for fear of not seeing our inner selves clearly, where neither armour nor shields prevent us from being ourselves with the infinite Love that, without protection or weapons, frees us from what does not belong to us. Who will survive in the end, those who cling to the need to instil fear in order to achieve their goals, to ignore their inability to love, their decision to be nothing more than a crawler of themselves… or those who need not be anything and find themselves in the Whole?

Jailer of humanity
Money controls absolutely every facet of the human race. There is no progress without money, no technology without money, no health without money, no food without money, no water without money… soon there will be no oxygen without money…
Controlled by the fear of losing control. Found in mere speculation.
That longed-for power, instilled from the cradle, beyond the centuries, which induces and urges us to be the one who has the most or to whom the most is owed. Lost to ourselves, with money to buy our own worth, we create fictitious needs to buy ourselves and assert ourselves, believing ourselves to be secure and fully in control of what belongs to others.
And there is no progress without money, no technology without money, no health without money, no food without money… We have left everything in the hands of the same ghost that drives itself from the shadows.
We ignore that we are hanging on the thread that others control, and that can be cut or knotted in the same way. Money that cannot be eaten, but which subjugates. It dictates who are vassals of the puppets it moves. And, in the end, it is all speculation about the value of the matrix we form… and sustain. And all because of the fear of not being worth what can be bought (and perhaps also the fear of having the value of what cannot be bought).

Reason without heart
…and Descartes came along to definitively dismiss emotions in human beings. The only valid filter, pure reason, Cartesian egocentrism that only sees what can be seen.
When the ultimate and fundamental goal is to become a winner, the only valid filter is rationalism, instilled by that phrase that, with an index finger pointing to the forehead, you were told since childhood: think, reason, use your head. Anything that escapes control, measurement, preconceived disposition, pre-established conditioning, compliance with the programme implanted to achieve success and fame, is despised.
And even then you knew that you would not have the strength to break yourself into two opposing halves, to nullify one of them, to ignore your conscience and allow the inalienable conditioning of ignoring yourself to prevail. Of being a walking brain, of being a mind without guts, of being a robot without emotions, of being just another part – only a part, and acting from incomplete halves – of the system.
Discarding the driving force of life, to be just another cog in the chain. Subjugated, believing yourself to be free and, moreover, a victorious thinker… Without even being able to undo yourself, rediscover yourself, discover yourself. That what you are comes from the heart, beyond the egocentricity and self-justification of being the absurd winner of a heartless circuit.
Who establishes the measure of the intended victory? Why is nothing acceptable or convenient if it is not measured by the filter of reason? At what point did you believe that you were the master of your mind if you obeyed the rules of reason?
The reason for being right to stand out, firmly instilled, was what you took as a condition to discard everything that escapes the demands of control.
You do not understand that the only thing you can control is how you unite your whole self and harmonise your inner self. Everything is for a reason, and always for something beyond what you can now imagine.
